LobsterCraft SoNo Opens “Ghost Kitchen” for Local Delivery

Local delivery from LobsterCraft SoNo

LOCAL DELIVERY starting Friday, March 19 for Norwalk from LobsterCraft SoNo!

Captain William Mike Harden, founder of LobsterCraft, announced today that the kitchen at their SoNo location will be open for delivery starting on March 19, 2021, at 24 Monroe Street, the South Norwalk Train Station.

Founded in 2012, LobsterCraft began as a food truck that became a local favorite at food festivals and private & corporate events throughout New England. Featured in Flavored Nation’s search for the best and most iconic lobster roll in 2016, LobsterCraft’s Coastal Roll was a clear winner. Since then, the Captain’s been hard at work, successfully opening three seasonal restaurants in West Hartford, South Norwalk, and soon to come in Greenwich.

Any seafood fan in the area will be able to enjoy the Captain’s own tasty menu, and as an opening bonus, every order of a lobster roll is eligible for a choice of free clam chowder or french fries. LobsterCraft takes a creative spin on traditional, Newport-style rolls with featured items such as the California and the Dirty Maynard. And as a lobster fisher himself and the proprietor of the Jennifer Lynn, a lobster boat docked in Maine, the Captain knows fresh.

Not only can you see the Captain behind the helm, but you’ll likely see him manning the register or poking his head out of the kitchen. His love for the ocean meets his passion for cooking and the result is perfectly crafted hot, buttered lobster rolls.

LobsterCraft will open for delivery on Friday, March 19, 2021. Check out the menu and make sure to place your order here or by calling (203) 956-5656.

LobsterCraft SoNo Spring hours are Wednesday – Saturday, 11 am – 8 pm.
