My name is William Michael Harden, I am a Coast Guard Captain and Lobster fisherman. I grew up on the water. I have been fixing and piloting boats out here since I traded my rattle for a pole. Three years ago I bought the F/V JENNIFER LYNN. She is a 38’ WESMAC. A Lobster boat handmade in Maine and launched in 2000. She is a good strong boat able to handle any weather Long Island Sound can throw at her. People would ask me if I could catch, cook and prepare the lobster for them. I started thinking how I could bring this fresh lobster to more people in Fairfield County. I bought a truck and the rest is history…
